This grant supports the publication of the Adoption Factbook, a compendium of statistics on adoption showing state trends and a catalog of actions by legislative and judicial bodies. The National Council for Adoption plans to collect new information on adoption directly from state and local sources. The Factbook, which will be disseminated broadly to those concerned with adoption trends and policies, will also be available on CD-ROM.
