Comment: After the Revolution: Building a Government that Works
This grant supports research that will examine how the federal government should adapt its operatoins in light of trends toward making government smaller and more decentralized. The project will examine three broad policy initiatives -- devolution, deregulation, and privatization -- that are common features of proposals to reinvent government.
