Deborah Cryer will research how the continuity of the caregiver in child care programs affects the development of infants and toddlers. She will conduct a survey of caregiver continuity practices in a sample of child care centers, examine the effects of caregiver continuity on infants and toddlers through a longitudinal controlled study, and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using different continuity policies.
