An Assessment of Selected U.S. Border Control Measures After September 11 Deborah Meyers will lead an effort to assess the effectiveness of U.S. border control measures. She will conduct fieldwork and commission research to examine the implementation of changes in visa requirements, the consolidation of border control agencies, and the creation of a system to track foreign nationals in the United States. The project's finding will appear in a series of reports and policy briefs. |
