They will maintain a field office in Indonesia and research and write reports on a wide variety of issues related to the stability and political evolution of the country. This grant supports research on political and military developments in Kosovo. George C. Biddle will organize an effort to station a reporter in the former Yugoslavia who would prepare reports on events related to Kosovo. The reports will be disseminated by the ICG's Washington-based staff.
