An Evaluation of Florida’s Opportunity Scholarships Program
David Figlio will lead an effort to examine the effects of Florida’s standards-based education reform policy, which offers students at schools that consistently perform poorly on measures of student performance vouchers that can be used at the public or private school of their choice. The study will examine how low-performing schools respond when faced with potential loss of students and state financing.
